This new type of dies made of ceramet is mainly used for hot extrusion of copper and its alloys, even Ti,
stainless steel and Al alloys. The average serving life of the new dies is in the range of 500 to 5000 work
pieces a die, and is 10 to 100 times more than that of traditional steel dies. The production expense in dies
is reduced by above 60%. The precision and surface quality of the extruded products are better, and the
production efficiency and finished products rate are increased. Most of the Copper processing factories have
used this patented dies in China.

In the temperature of 1000 centigrade, the rigidity HV is above 400.So, there won`t have distort of the RJT

2. the wear resistance
