Molybdenum-Copper alloy is the composite material of Molybdenum and Copper. It has the similar performances as Tungsten-Copper alloy. But its density is less than Tungsten-Copper alloy’s, so it is more suitable for spaceflight and avigation industries. Using CIP formation, sintered Molybdenum skeleton and infiltrating copper technology, large size and special shape products of Molybdenum-Copper composites with 10-50 percent of copper are produced. We can also produce sheet material, tubing, plate and other small products by mould pressing, extrusion pressing and MIM.
1、High performance materials used in spaceflight field Molybdenum –Copper alloy has more excellent performances than Molybdenum, so it can be used as high temperature part of rockets and missiles. Types of products: per as the drawings of customers
2、Electronic packaging materials and heat sinks Mo-Cu thermal management components have a thermal expansion matching that of packaging materials used in the electronics industry and show highest thermal conductivity. Advantages: highest thermal conductivity owing to the use of pure Mo and Cu without sintering additives. Thermal expansion matching that of ceramic materials or semiconductor materials Cost savings at MoCu by stamping process at higher quantities Good machinability
Types of products: The heat sinks galvanically plated with Ni or NiAu or electroless Ni plated. Molybdenum- Copper sheets up to 200 x 400 mm, to a thickness of 0.2 to 1.5 mm.
